Terms
One fixed fee, a fixed schedule, a clear split of work.

4-week program, paid once
Paid after we confirm your Quick Wins and dates. Extra 90-minute session: $250.
- Format
- 8 sessions of 90 minutes — two a week over video. Rescheduling free with 24 hours' notice
- Your time
- About 4 hours a week: 3 hours of sessions plus about 1 hour of practice on your own tasks
- Before we start
- Short intake, then we agree your Quick Wins, access and dates — then payment
- We need from you
- Real examples of your recurring tasks, materials and access you approve, practice between sessions on real work — and you check facts and approve anything sent out
- Not included
- AI tool subscriptions and usage (your own subscription, paid to the provider), systems for your team, ongoing monitoring after handover
What you do NOT need
No technical background — no coding, your mentor handles the technical steps and explains everything in plain language. No team buy-in, no company data migration, no budget approval: this is a personal track that touches only your own work.
Your data stays yours
We agree which materials the assistant can use. Accounts stay yours, and our access ends at handover. Drafts and suggestions stay under your review before anything goes out.
